contract – Has to be read in its entirety to come to a just and logical conclusion – One part of the sentence cannot be read in isolation from others – While interpreting a contract, efforts are required to be made to harmoniously construe its various terms – The court is expected to gather the intent of the parties which they had while entering into the contract from the reading of the complete contract and is further expected to give effect to the contract in the light of such gathered intention, as a whole.
