mva S.168 – Compensation – Reduction – In the absence of appeal or cross-objection, grant of compensation under any head would not be considered – However where the court itself is increasing the compensation based on by referring to the Constitution Bench decision of this Court in Pranay Sethi's , the court cannot lose sight of any glaring violation of the same Constitution Bench .
