limitation act, 1963 (36 of 1963) Article 54 – Parties while executing the agreement to sell did not stipulate the period, the time or the date for execution and registration of the sale deed – Article 54 of the Schedule attached to the limitation Act, 1963, is in two parts – The second part provides that the limitation would begin to run only if the plaintiff has a notice of the fact that the performance has been refused.
