Haryana School Education Act, 1995 (12 of 1995) Section 22 – Specifically bar jurisdiction of Civil Court and which ensures that any authority which is especially empowered to deal under the Act and the Rules would be competent authority to act and no Civil Court shall have jurisdiction in respect of such matters in relation thereto and which has even been overlooked by the Courts below.
