Court enlisted the various suspicious circumstances, however, held that this is not a complete list. The explanation for suspicious circumstances depends upon the peculiar facts of the case and no suspicious circumstances are universally applicable to all the cases. In the facts and circumstances of the given case, the Court is required to adopt a rational and objective approach while deciding the same.
