RDDB  S. 31–B – will give priority to the secured creditors even over the subsisting charges under other laws

Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993, Section 31B  – Insertion of Section 31B of the RDB Act will give priority to the secured creditors even over the subsisting charges under other laws on the date of the implementation of the new provision, i.e. 1.9.2016 – RDDB  S. 31–B.
