Land Acquisition Act, 1894, Section 28-A –Execution – Executing Court had noticed that compensation was awarded by alongwith all statutory benefits by the High court in a matter of the co-owner and on which the landowner has been given the parity by relying upon the principle that the co-owner is also entitled for the same amount of compensation, who had might not filed the petition under Section 18 of the Act – All landowners are entitled for the same amount of compensation once the land had been acquired for the same purpose under the principle of ’eminent domain’ – Order upheld.
