Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), Section 22C – insurance  – Uberrimae Fidei    – Repudiation of claim on the ground that details of the insurance policies of the family members have been wrongly mentioned – Plea of fraud  –  Mere fact that there is no diosclosure about his father, mother, brother and sister's polcy cannot be said to fall under the ambit of “Uberrimae Fidei”
